Lift and slide

The Termimax lift and slide window allows construction of large frames and safety glass glazing, achieving high degrees of tight sealing, watertightness and acoustic insulation. Its special system of profiles and interior reinforcements allows manufacturing of two, three or four-panel models, with large sized frames and glazing up to 32 mm with total weight of panel and glass up to 250 kg.

Fittings ensure a soft and easy glide, as when the handle is turned, the sash rises and transfers its weight to solid casters that slide on the footing’s bottom track. When the sash is closed and the handle turned, the sash lowers and all its weight returns to the footing on the lower gaskets, ensuring maximum tight sealing and watertightness of the enclosure.
